Bad Service ******

Their customer service is poor poor poor i contacted them to ask them about the crazy amount that i have to pay they told me that it's a price lock which i know nothing all this months i have been paying R698 so now all of a sudden there is a price lock cost which i have to pay R991 when i tell them to cancel that thing they tell me that they are going to charge me R180 for cancellation fee for their mistake now the amount that i have to pay is R1274 dstv is a nonsense company 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
