Bad service :Cheating and robbing clients off

<p>When to the branch bought a remote they told me to return it shud it not work, I got home the packaging was wrong the batteries weren't the correct size had to buy my own batteries the Remote still didn't work took it bck the next day they said it was a mistake they changed the batteries. The remote it's self looks used nd it's not new yet they charge 150. Got home it's still not working tried it on a different decoder still nothing happens. Today I take it bck I'm told I ruined the remote it never worked in the first place, if this is how this branches make their profit they should be shut down for *********** multichoice clients...</p>
