Bad service
I had a review here on hellopeter regarding change of my package and overcharged on my account, it was "resolved" and I was told I will be refunded R755 by latest 6th January, its already the 16th and we have not received a single cent back. I called in and no one could see any refund processed, I rep**** to the initial review on hellopeter and also did not receive any response, how hard is it for you to process a refund?
