Bad service
This is probably my 4th complaint and no one seems to understand or be able to assist. Not sure if the people who have assisted me know what they are doing. Please note that i sent you guys an email relating to the vouchers that do not appear under available rewards however they appear under expired rewards after they had expired. Please shed some light. This happened again this month.
