Bad service

I've never seen a service like this in my life I don't even have a name for the service I got today at Jabulani Mall Dstv walk-in center. I arrived at 11h30 and left at 18h00 without me getting any help, the staff even made fun of me offering me a chair saying that I'm gonna wait the whole day the consultant who helped me was Lerato her senior refused to give out her name because they didn't even have name tags. I had to leave my decoder after waiting for 7 hours I think they should close that center or make it a paypoint office because most of the people who came to pay they left happy.
