Bad service.

Useless service provider which doesn't care about their clients, they only care about money.

Since last week I have been contacting them about my problem, when playing the main decoder and the extra view the dstv doesn't play it blinks, I have emailed their complaints department and advised that if they don't respond i will write to hello Peter. Ref Email Received - [EXTERNAL] Dstv problems Ref ***1. Dstv is useless really, even on watssap your agents just ends the chats before concluding the conversation. Second problem on catch-up not all shows are showing, they said it's network but they also didn't do anything about it.
