Bad Service

I'm very unhappy with the service received. Last year I cancelled my DSTV account as the decoder that I had stopped working, firstly held on for over 20 minutes. Thought this matter was resolved. I kept on receiving phone calls to insure my decoder after cancelling, to which they put the phone down in my EAR (RUDE MUCH). Now I get messages saying that I must pay but I haven't used my DSTV in over 10 months. I held on for over 10 minutes.
