Bad service

I hv a problem with dstv ,

I hv been a loyal customer of dstv for years so last week I paid 400 on Thursday now they hv switched my decoder saying I have signed up for two decoder they say the other one was active via self service n tht decoder is the one was damaged a very long time ago it was the one tht we insert the card on it , I bought a new card less decoder 3yrs back n I have been using it , my problem is now I hv to pay double the installment , how do I pay for something tht was dead a long time ago , this bad service at all they are robbing us , month of December I paid R399 on the 21 then they shut it off again on the 31 on the 2 January I went n pay 208 so they open it now another scandal of another 2 decoders I.only one decoder at home .

Please help me guys
