Bad Service by Nokthula

Good day,

Why when one upgrade your system doesn't have problems but when you downgrade all system have issues.. Just spoke to Nokthula on ********** 824 (card no. ********** 1717) I told to get it done but she was insisting on doing it on Facebook or website, does this affect commission? I'm tired of this poor service I'm going switch to Netflix because of this bad service. She didn't care when I informed that its my second call since yesterday, she was even willing to call her manager... Maybe your consultant are losing commission!!! NEED FEED BACK ASAP DOWNGRADE TO R99 OPTION ACESS ASAP!!!
