Bad service by Multichoice DSTV

Good day Hellopeter I app**** for Multichoice stream fibre during February'2023. The stream box & router was delivered within 3 days. I was told that a technician would call To make an appointment for installation within 7 - 21 days. I've been calling client services intermittently on a regular basis with the same reply regarding technician to no avail. I spoke to Bongiwe referred me to Manini regarding cancelling the fibre (as I was still not connected (Ref ***-I106). Subsequently spoke to Lunga Ngoma who referred me to Mable @ cancellations (I97). Mable also said that the accounts department has merged the compact package + the new contract and that it could not be separated until the querry has been resolved, also that a payment of R238.00 was due on the compact package (as I had credit on it but that I should not pay anything untill Multichoice gets back to me). On 09/03/2023 I spoke to Noxolo (I112) who said I was charged a cancellation fee of R 500.00 (still was not connected). On 19/05/2023 @ 09:02 I received an sms stating that R2 311.00 was due on 22/05/2023. I called on 20/05/2023 & spoke to Thabiso who returned my call later in the day. She was going to escalate the querry but subsequently during that week I was disconnected altogether (I've been paying the compact package via my banking app) The balance was then R3 023.25. 30/05/2023 I spoke to Vuyokazi who referred me to fibre site, I then spoke to Wesley who was very unhelpfull and impolite - he referred me to Kgotatso (I103) who also promised to get back to me but never did like all of the prenamed. I called again on 09/06/2023 and asked Multichoice to collect their equipment from my work which they did at 16:12 on that day. (***, JNB***9). I called same day & spoke to Maria Xaba who was also going to escalate the querry. She also never came back to me. I called again on 22/06/2023 where Thembela told me that R2311.00 was recversed & that outstanding balance showed RR2 693.80 and that Multichoice refunded me R2 733.00 and that I should check my bank statement. I highlighted that I never paid the money Multichoice claimed that I owed so why would they refund me & I never authorised them to use my banking details - anyway the money never reflected in my bank account. On 23/06/2023 I spoke to Sinethemba who transferred me to Zimkhitha who promised to escalate my querry to the manager. Now I want to cancell the compact package as well and want nothing to do with Multichoice. As far as I'm concerned, I do'nt owe them anything. Their service became rotten to me as soon as I app**** for their fibre. I do not understand the cancellation fee (as I never received the service from them, they collected their equipment - unused). No one wants to accept resposibility for the fiasco the accounts department has caused (they could see that there was never any connection but still had the gall to bill me and to disconnect me unashamedly). I do not know how they are going to resolve this but they should really stop billing me because I'm no more their client.
