Bad service by multichoice

I've been having DSTV stream for some time now then suddenly the app doesn't want to open it loads and freezes then On Wednesday I called multichoice 4 times as they kept cutting my call and the third person asked for my username and password that I use when I login to DSTV stream, I asked about POPIA, she said she has to take them and use them to assist me. I provided her with my login details which I don't know if shes using them somewhere, then put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and the line dropped. I called again and spoke to a different person who also put me on hold for more than 10 minutes only to tell me that she has escalated my issue to stream and they should contact me in 24hours and till this day NO ONE has said anything. I used different phones, they even suggested that I use DSTV now on Google but still, it doesn't work and I can't watch DSTV on my phone. Then the last lady Princess Ntombela had the nerve to say but your TV is working, like what...So that makes it okay that for me week I cannot stream cause I'll watch TV. DSTV does not care about their customers.
