Bad service by dstv

We bought the black Friday compact deal, with all the necessary checks done and installation scheduled for the 3rd of December by the consultant who was assisting. It's sad so that say, after numerous attempts to get assistance from dstv we still waiting for feedback to understand what's the hold-up. Few escalations were raised by the consultants helping us since then but still no resolution.
