Bad service

i had it with this multichoice . I received a message on my decoder that i must pay R354 to conntinue my viewing so let me tell you now **** off i am **** as he'll .Your service is so poor and still ****en this. my date of payment is on the 9th of every month o ****en pay every month early what do u still want i went to pay my account on the 29/06 when i got by the cashier of shoprite it showed 0.00 i ****en paid R350 when i check on the 2nd on self-service account showed -R350 and today i get this ****en message i view my account still shows R354 for what

when i check on my transaction the following shows

29/6 R350 30/6 R102.30 dstv family subscription which i down Grade on the 28and via whats up. 30/06 ACCESS FEE FOR WHAT THE **** R36.67 30/06Dstv Indian add on subscription R76.50 5/7 box office rental that i know

the other please explain it to me . dont come with that sloppy email to say that we tried to contact you but can't get hold of you i have my phone 24 /7 that is **** you dont call we waist our ****en airtime to that useless agents.

I am waiting for this feedback there is no way i must pay R350 and R354 which means i paid R700 for what.
