Bad service

Dstv agents are *********** I upgraded from compact to compact plus and changed my payment date, one of their agents told me that there will be pro rata amount payable together with my upgrade on my payment date however my service was suspended and I called in and was told that I awe a certain amount but was told the pro rata and the service amount is payable on my payment date. I tried escalating my query and a rude agent put me on hold for almost 30 minutes.
