Bad service

It's been two months since I subscribed for dstv pricelock deal,still hasn't received decoder and no one is calling to explain on what is happening. I called again I don't know how many times I've been calling, they telling me different stories. Can dstv sort out or cancel the offer I'm really tired of waiting, and their service is so pathetic 😒 .
