BAD SERVICE

I called last week Wednesday and spoke to a man Luyanda. My query is in August I was debited with R944.52 instead of R 870.77. He was taking rather a long time to find out, so I asked him to call me back (I do not blame him as you have to be a rocket scientist to work the statement out Needless to say, he never did PLEASE CAN SOME EXPLAIN WHY THERE IS THE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN THE TWO MONTHS!!!!!
