Bad service

On 29 April. Dstv came to my house to install a decoder which is part of the package you get for a two-year price lock. After they fitted the device in the living room and left, I realized my two bedrooms TVs have been disconnected. They did not leave any paperwork and all I could do was to phone multi choice. The last lady I spoke to ,who was very helpful and sympathetic, Phumelele, was better than the two previous once and escalated the matter while I was on the line,.. I am still without connnectio. Please help
