Bad Service at my own cost

I rented a movie from BoxOffice (I am Wrath) for R35 successfully. 45 Minutes later the movie disappeared from the list of movies available. I called Dstv call center, they couldn't assist me and wanted to transfer me to the BoxOffice department. I told them that this is inconvenient for me because the call is not free and at the time I had already lost about R55 worth of airtime. The Call Center agent (Theophilius Mdluli) said there is nothing he can do it should be on my cost. So inshort, I spent about R90 for a movie I didn't even see and the matter is still not resolved.

Dear MultiChoice,

Your assistance in this matter had little to no effect. I still bear the repercussions of the R55 airtime lost. From the converstaion I had with you earlier today, it matters not whether it was an error of your doing or mine, you made it clear that you will not compesate me for the airtime even in future occurances of a such or similar matter.

You are trying to blame it on the signal, which to me seems like a scapegoat for you. I have been renting movies for a while using BoxOffice, and this is the first time such an issue occurs, and you say it must be a signal issue. Ok, let's assume it's the signal, answer the question below.

How is any of this my fault?

Keep your ****** regards.
