Bad service at Multichoice Durban Central branch

Today the 18 September 2023 at around 13:00 I visited Multichoice Durban Central branch and I waited there for 2 hours without getting help. At 15:00 I went to the lady at counter 20 since she was waiting for number 812 who was sitting next to me and had already left due to long waiting. The lady was very rude to me and when I told her that I will now go to the branch at umhlanga and she answered with very arrogant attitude saying I must go but I will spend the same time I had spent in their branch. I'm even considering cancelling the contract
