Bad service at Multichoice DSTV

I'm so upset right now. The service rendered at multichoice is a disaster. I called in earlier for them to activate me and to pay up my arrears and they gave me an amount of R2591.86 and I went and paid it. But still I'm not connected. I spoke to two people prior this One and a lady by the name of Khanyisile. I just got off the phone now with Motshedeseng Matsepa who says I must wait for two hours for me to be assisted. Like what the he'll is wrong with their consultants. This lady is telling me to go and pay another amount on top of this which doesn't make sense to me at all as two people earlier on gave me the amount I should go pay and I did exactly that and now she comes with a different story. Please respect as a customer Multichoice I dnt care how low you think of me tyini bawo. Hayi niyageza ngoku.
