Bad service at multi choice

I have horrible experience, I was convinced to take a 2 year contract but I have had bad service with them. I have tried to rent a movie but the sad my phone number was not registered. Registered it in online with no success. Called their call centre with my own air time, I spoke to 4 different agent none of them could call me. When I wanted to speak to the supervisor they made me hold for almost and hour and drop my call
