Bad Service at DSTV(Multichoice)

I always receive bad service with DSTV(Multichoice). Call centre consultant don’t deliver a good service, can’t be assisted on the 1st call they don’t even want me to speak to their superior to report my challenges as they cannot assist me, they will always say supervisor will call you back and no one calls me back until I call them again with no assistance again. I ended reporting to *** in October but even now no one has responded to me. Yesterday I went to Menlyn branch and I regretted going there. The consultant was very rude and loud making sure that everyone hears our conversation. I wish there was a competitor that I can change to😒.
