Bad service at dstv

I got an email saying I am rewarded 25% discount on a ticket for delicious festival . Only for their system to be so complicated and I called for more than 2 hours just for someone to take me back and forth and today I called again and told the person I need the code and she had so much attitude telling me there’s nothing I can do and when I asked for the manager she said she’s the manager and doesn’t care if I report the matter . So I want everyone to know this
