Bad service at DSTV

<p>I got a problem with my decoder for a week now. I phoned DSTV several times regarding this matter -without sucsess. I decided to go to MULTICHOICE N1 CITY because its the closest. Before we drove to them Ive checked what their trading hours are and on the website it show Sundays 9am-4pm. So me and my husband went there on Sunday 31.7.2016 and when we got there at 2am the gates was closed and the security refuses us to enter due to management orders I asked him can I see the manager he told me he cant call anyone because it will put there lives at risk. I mean as a DSTV customer for almost a decade we get treated as ********* and their info on the website is misleading but when it comes to pay your account they first to terminate everything if you pay late. </p>
