Bad service and write of my outstanding balance and open the dstv

I am really disappointed with the service received from multi choice..I paid an amount of R105 on the 12 of May 2020 today I’m getting an sms that said I am owing R85 of with they could not explain how it got to that amount so apparently I was suppose to Pay R110 of which I didn’t know but that’s not a big deal I’ll pay that R5 and I want my DSTV to be activated and they must write off the outstanding balance since I was told to pay R10 to subscribe my dstv and Refiloe moholola Cancellation department must be retrained for her product knowledge and start giving correct answers and not tell her clients that she doesn’t not know what was the previous installment meanwhile they are writing notes on their system so basically she must start using her system and do follow ups and try to put herself in my shoes as client...
