Bad Service and unhelpful agents

I am sick and tired of calling DSTV everyday with no help, I paid the account but every morning they switch off and I have to call so many times with no help at all. This is very unfair, my kids are at home because the schools are closed and they cannot watch TV while I paid the full amount already. Every time I call i speak to different people who are not helpful at all. Can you tell me if you want my business or not because this is tiring and annoying.
