Bad service and unauthorized account disconnection.

I paid my brothers dstv on the 1st of March which is our payment date monthly, we are on compact plus and today they disconnected our service for no reason. Later stating we did not pay we send through proof of payment that was made via eft and then after they allocated partial payment they service was back on compact stating we not on compact plus. To this hour our service is not back on afte payment of R650.

Call center unhelpful, Twitter worst service ever. I am angry. Dstv service is the worst.
