Bad service and they must rectify my balance account

Good day

My name is Tsakane Mashaba,

I was supposed to pay R704.00,for the month of July 31 now they have overcharged me with +-R960 I have tried to call their call centre and no answer or positive feedback I got from them,they told me that I have made reversal on my account ,so I have asked them back how come I pay with cash at pep store and come back and reverse it Pls help me this is irritating now,

I want Dstv MULTICHOICE to fix my account,whatever glitches and errors they did it had nothing to do with me,I was paying my account so well until I played that wheel of happiness competition where I won free upgrade and I refused it to be upgraded,so they messed up my account and they must fix it,I will not pay R1500
