bad service and ripping people off

multichoice is such a **** and its *********** staff members ripping us off. my billing is wrong and when I call their call center the lady, I spoke to is not explaining anything just thump sucking information saying I did not pay September and I have proof that I paid. after 30min on the call she tells me that the prices went up when was communication sent, please email me proof that it was sent to me about an increase.
