Bad service and No Help

My name is Silindile Nkwanyana, 2 months ago Dstv had a special running for compact plus so i took the deal and it was ending the 25th of september so i downgraded using self service and to my surprise it showed the balance of 1100 and I called dstv call center and they told me that they are experiencing some problems on that day but they will fix it for me Only if I pay the 399 for the compact and I dd that my account was cleared but soon after that my Dstv was off. Since the 25th I have been calling and calling and no one is willing to assist me everyone I speak to them they just tell me they are escalating the problem to their team leader so know one knows what the problem is and no one is updating me about anything. I am calling using my airtime and my time all they do is laugh at me from the background. So yesterday I called them again I spoke to Fatima and I asked her if i can get my refund back since i paid for the services that I am not using she said they cannot do that. Pls help me I want my problem fixed asap or my money back. I am so disgusted by their service its very bad.
