Bad service and inconsistency

Multi choice customer service is very unproffession and has rude supervisors like Phelele Mkhize who refused to assist me with query after Thandeka Madlala couldn't assist me. My query was simple to say if I payed last month on the 1st of July on August when should I pay? Last month I paid on th 28 this month on th 27 my account is suspend. Why? Is this the plan to me pay an extra R50 monthly?
