Bad service and *********

I downgraded my package from Compact plus to compact last month and was billed accordingly. Come June 2025 I get a bill of compact plus and arrears of 180. When I inquire I am told that I have arrears after they bill me debit from my account. This is theft and they wonder why they loose clients. Do not ***** from your loyal customers as you will loose them. I am now sourcing for a streaming that I can subscribe to because you are not loyal after I supported you for 15 years.
