Bad service and empty promises

This is a follow-up to my last complaint. I am still paying for PVR and Catchup but it's not working. I followed up with numerous calls and empty promises. On the last call, I ask for a reference number to follow up and I was promised to receive a call from a supervisor after a few minutes. They don't care but are quick to cut off the service if you don't pay and quick to take your money to give poor service delivery.
