Bad service and delyed responses

I have called mutli choice multiple times to assist me and no one has gotten back to me regarding my query, I have resulted to their social media page on twitter, the asked me to speak to them in their DMs but they are still rude and cannot even give me a turnaround time to have my issue sorted,till tody i wait. Multichoice will definitely make you feel that your premium is worthless as no one prioritizes your query, very *********** individulas and team leaders.
