Bad service and billing system
Dear multichoice
I am tired of being ****** by you and your consultants not knowing what they are saying dstv extra plus PVR and show max is not more than 800 but you guys charge me R889 every month what is going on it's a lot of money if I cancel the showmax my balance should be R656 everymonth but no everymonth my balance will be R889 no man I am tired of calling in .and another thing your wrbchats the request that we do on it they are never done the last time I went there to chance my debit date it was not done then I had to call in when my services were canceled. Bad service

24 Oct 2022, 08:52I called the call center spoke to unathi on the recorded line she did say even when the extras are canceled my balance still goes up so dstv do you not wow me and apology and a refund for all the overcharging I want this sorted today

25 Oct 2022, 20:17You still went and debited me R879 I called today made to hold for 15 minutes after 30 minutes if being told a different stop call just disconnect I am sure she dropped it as usual no call back .Bad bad service
