Bad service and Billing

I called the call center today to query the amount that they have billed me as last month they have send me an email to pay R650 instant of R809 when I call I found this rude call center agent she was not helpful she didn’t even given me a chance to explain and she kept on interrupting me when I try to explain to her about the mail that Dstv send me.
