bad service and a ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dstv is absolute nonsense ,my last issue was still not resolved after paying R712 and providing bank statements ,i was told by Sandile Mathonsi that my channels will be opened till my issue is resolved ,i wont be charged for that but sadly it wasn't ,i was also advised to go to the branch for the 5th time to get proof of payment which i have been providing ,on the 22nd of December i made another payment of R562 and today my channels are closed and i owe another R564.Dstv is a **** and the customer service is poor .The consultants don't even bother assisting they will put you on hold for hours without any assistance
