Bad Service an Multichoice

No service at all from multichoice from their managers in Durban to client services to the staff at the DSTV agency in P.E incorrect advice the staff are more interested in their green fingernails than attending to their clients. I have now since the 14th October tried to change ownership as my husband is deceased and to date have not had any joy Where do I go to next as I am desperate maybe join all the other unhappy clients and just cancell
