Bad service always

I don't know what to do with this company anymore everytime you call you never have a good experience at all I starting to hate DSTV muiltichoice with a passion, I call a few minutes spoke to a lady by Ncumisa who as by the way took about 2 to 3 minutes to answer the phone when she does she doesnt even assist me she she put me on hold for no reason what so ever, I explain to that I call yesterday spoke to a lady who advise me to send a email to *** which I have the ref no I call and explain everything to Ncumisa she just put's me on hold does not explain the reason why she's putting on hold does not take my ref number GOD I'm going to cancel this subscription and I advise everyone to do so your customer service is the worst not wonder everyone is cancelling theirs GOD Ncumisa you are pathetic sies I need my refund urgently please I made a double payment
