Bad service all around

I’m complaining on behalf of my aunt who went to the DSTV Multichoice branch in Jabulani Mall to get her decoder sorted out cause of the problem it has. She was getting help from Moipone, only for Moipone to be rude and difficult about the decoder. We’ve already been there 3 times and there’s still no help about the decoder.
