Bad service

Very bad service I received this morning from an inbound agent by the name of siphosethu ngyta or whatever her surname is! She refused to give me her surname or assist with my request. All I wanted was to cancel my subscription but it seems one cannot cancel with multichoice in peace?? Il go to my bank and cancel ur debit order if u think il get another cent from me with your boring packages that play repetitive programs nzxah
