Bad service

I signed up for dstv price lock in July 2019, the arrangement was that they are going to debt the monthly subscription, they didn't debt so I called multichoice call Centre in August to query why they didn't deduct the money and the call Centre agent gave me the price lock contact numbers that I called several times no one picked up the phone, in December 5 months later I received an sms saying I owe R3000, and my services will be disconnected till I pay the amount due, they called me in January then I told them I am willing to pay but I will pay in 4months time provided they reconnect my services, they didn't reconnect and the credit is still incurring interest am not happy with the service
