Bad service

I have logged complained last week with dstv and i haven't gotten feedback with,today i get a message to say i must pay R604 to enjoy to be connected,i have paid already last week this amount and i am not sure as to why it not being updated on the system as yet.

The call center is just not helping the last time i spoke to one the supervisor and had said they will gt back to me still the is no feedback till today.
