Bad service

Bad service I have relocate a month ago. Ever since then I have asked dstv to get this installed on my plan. Which it does cover. Up to now I have to phone them everyday. There managers don't answer there phones or are always in a meeting. They have allocate a installer in louis trichardt but he does not have the tools to do the job. Everyday I have to phone them & the calls usually last an hour. They are quick to deducted there payment every month but the service is non exciting.
