BAD SERVICE

I have been billed extra for the month of Sept I called the office thrice with regards to my account which has been debited more than it's usual amount I am on the pricelock deal, however no one can assist me it's been 3 weeks already and no communication whatsoever, all the agents tell me is that they don't have contact details for the pricelock team seriously but pricelock team has the right to debit more than what is required, I am p*ssed and want my money back.
