bad service

The service at multichoice has gone to the dogs they have *********** people working there who cant assist you in any way except to say sorry for the inconvenience and I understand. I don't need a shrink over the phone, I need someone who knows what they are doing.

how can in 5 days my account goes from being in credit to be overdue and no one can tell me anything. then they have the audacity to ask for a reconnection fee...…………. because their system is not working according to scratch me as the customer then needs to pay for their mess ups...………………………
