Bad service

This will be the 3rd bad review Im gonns give Dstv in a week. 1. Debit my account 1 Feb after subscription was canselled end of Nov. 2. Refund cannot be paid because they delete my details even before the debit order was offered. 3. Now I only got paid back half the amount. WHY?
