Highly disappointed with Multichoice. Called in to activate a new package, but the consultant deactivated my other package by mistake and that generated cancelation fee. And seeing that she made a mistake drop the call while I was waiting to be fixed. Mind you it's my airtime.

Had to call again and was told the reversal has been log because was a fault from they side. Now I have to wait for 24 hours while it's not my mistake.

I am passed off with their services.
