Bad service
Worst service ever, they made me hold for more than 20 minutes on all the more than 6 calls I made and still not getting assisted, their agents are rude and seem like they don’t know what they are doing

04 Dec 2024, 11:52I swear if there was any other service other than you i was going to let you guys go month after month same issue it’s actually tiring, I have paid and now can’t watch because I have to wait for emails that i don’t know when they will be attended to , I have called the call centre so many times using my airtime and am still not assisted I have never been to his max in my whole life
