Bad service
Hi this review/complaint is on behalf of my mother, she bought a explore ultra under pricelock from multichoice but the lady that ordered the decoder ordered the explore A3 which is wrong. We've been trying to get them to change it but they keep promising that they will call us back which they never did. It's really frustrating that she has to pay for a product that she doesn't want.
